Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Doğtaş, we aim to deliver products that will add value to your living spaces in the safest and quickest way possible. Different shipping and logistics processes are applied depending on the type of products you purchased, the production status, and the delivery address.

Delivery Processes and Times

  • Doğtaş Home and Exclusive Online Furniture products are dispatched within an average of 7-10 business days.
  • For products that require assembly such as wardrobes, bed frames, TV units, sofas, bases, and headboards, the delivery period ranges between 15-45 business days.
  • Exclusive Online Products are sent by courier, and assembly is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The shipping method may vary according to the city or district where the delivery address is located.

Before and During Delivery

During delivery, be sure to inspect your products together with the courier representative. In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, a report should be prepared, and our customer service should be contacted before accepting the product.

Return and Product Acceptance Conditions

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged.
  • The invoice must be sent completely.

Returns of assembled, used, or physically damaged products are not accepted.
